a community of support for women by women

Sisters of the Crown deeply respects and understands that healing is  profoundly personal for each individual. It is our privilege to meet you where you are and hold space for you to hear God in a safe oasis. We are here to offer foundational support, always mindful of our place in your unique journey.

We also understand that healing is a journey. That's why we have a community of fellow sisters ready to walk alongside you, providing support as you take your next step towards healing.

Our collective passion is to see you not just healed, but living a life of complete wholeness.

Biblical Counseling

My heart carries a deep passion for those who are hurting. I long to see people healed and set free from the trauma, pain, and lies that have kept them bound. At the center of my work is a wholehearted belief in the

transformative power of Father God's love. His love compels me to walk with others in their journey toward healing, deliverance, and lasting freedom.

This calling is not just something I teach—it is something I have lived. I have personally experienced the restoring power of God in my own life, and I have witnessed His incredible work in the lives of many others. Each story is a living testimony of His ability to heal, restore, and transform from the inside out.

I find great joy in encouraging others with the living Word of God, which equips us to walk confidently in the fullness of who He has created us to be. My deepest desire is that every person would come to know Father

God intimately. In that relationship, we discover our true identity and authority in Him, and from that place, the fullness of our God-given potential is unlocked.

Life Coach

Becoming wholehearted involves embracing our true selves with openness, courage, and compassion. It’s a journey that requires understanding ourselves and why we think, feel, and behave the way we do.

With the use of a variety of different techniques and tools, my heart is to provide a roadmap for personal growth and transformation. We’ll uncover the habits and patterns that hold us back and cultivate the strengths that propel us forward.

I would love to be your guide on your journey towards wholeheartedness by acknowledging our imperfections, celebrating our strengths, and striving for a more authentic and fulfilled life.

Life Coach

I am a certified life coach, author, and ministry leader with over 40 years of experience in pastoral leadership, mentoring, and spiritual formation. Alongside my husband, Michael, I co-pastor New Hope Community in the Kansas City area and has served faith communities across the country.

After a life-altering illness in 2004, I redefined what it meant to live life to the fullest, which inspired her to launch Fully Alive Coaching. I now offer a beacon of hope, helping women uncover their true identity, dream with God, and step boldly into the life they were created to live.

I am the author of The Divine Invitation: Entering the Dance of Becoming Fully Alive, a heartfelt guide that has empowered women across generations to embrace their true identity, voice, and purpose in Christ.

Soul Healing

Is your soul in need of healing? Life's journey often presents us with challenges, but God's transformative love is a beacon of hope. He desires to heal, restore, and lead us to fulfillment. The path to soul healing begins with an open heart, ready to embrace this perfect love and allow His transformative power to work within us.

Through the practice of "listening prayer," you are invited to embark on this life-changing journey where Jesus can set your soul free. Sometimes, it's beneficial to have a supportive team guiding you toward freedom rather than navigating this path alone. I have had the privilege of participating in numerous soul healing sessions for over twelve years, and I am here to be part of your team as you seek healing and wholeness. I also train and mentor soul healing leaders and prayer partners.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a Divine invitation to experience the presence of God in the company of a trained, empathic, listening other.  While it is similar to other faith-based ministries, the purpose of Spiritual Direction is to hold space for the one seeking direction (Directee) to explore how the fingerprints of God show up in her personal story and in her daily life.  If you feel like your attempts to connect with God are no longer working, are curious about how to feel a greater awareness of God’s presence or simply want to slow down and invite God into your daily decisions then Spiritual Direction may be the answer.

It would be my honor to hold space for you to know God in a deeper way. We would begin our relationship with a 20-minute introductory call so that I can get to know you, share more about the Spiritual Direction process, and determine next steps based on what you would like to get out of our time together.  Meetings are scheduled on a monthly basis, with each session lasting about one hour.

Spiritual Direction

Do you long for a deeper, more fulfilling relationship with God? Do you need to hear His voice and get direction for the season of life that you are in? Do you desire to fulfill God’s purpose for your life? Do you want to live and minister from a place of wholeness and confidence? I consider it a sacred privilege to walk with you as a spiritual companion on your journey of faith.

For me, this is about helping you deepen your intimacy with Christ. It is about forming a stronger identity as His beloved. With this foundation, you can become all that God has created you to be.

I offer a ministry of gentle and compassionate listening in the presence of Jesus. I provide a safe and confidential space. Here, you can exhale and process where God is at and what He is doing in your life. Wherever you are in your journey, I want to help you find Him.

Therapy

Relationships are the foundation of how we come to know ourselves and our place in the world. As you and I develop our working relationship with each other, I will support your exploration of what a relationship means to you, help you identify what needs to change, and offer tools to help you live the life you want to live. It is my hope that by holding space for you to ask the tough questions, you will come to better understand yourself and what you need in this season of your life and recovery.

I can support your exploration of the impact of your family of origin on views of the self and your ability to interact with others in healthy ways. I will also honor the impact of your faith and how this influences your view of God, personal mission, and quality of life.
