you are enough meditation

Having a journal and pen could be beneficial for this meditation.

Settle into a comfortable position free from distractions.

So then, my soul, why would you be depressed? Why would you sink into despair? Just keep hoping and waiting on God, your Savior. For no matter what, I will still sing with praise, for You are my saving grace! Psalm 42:5 (TPT)

{Pause in His Presence}

My soul speaks the truth,

I am enough.

Worthy because of

Who I am.

I have the wisdom to let go,

The strength to remember,

The courage to step out

With confidence because

I am enough.

Failure can't shame me,

Fear can't overwhelm me,

Distractions can't preoccupy me.

I am imperfect and

I am enough.

I am His

Mistake-free creation

Here for such a time as this,

The facts don't lie,

I am loved.

Accepted.

Forgiven.

And free.

I am enough

and will always be.

{Pause in His Presence}

Spend time with the Father to understand that you are inherently enough. Consider writing down His insights.

I Am Enough

by Rose Awuku

Lyrics

When I look out on the mountains and see the beauty You have made

And step into the ocean and feel the gentle breeze

When I hear the birds singing I remember You love me more

You′re the God of all creation still You chose me as Your own.

I am chosen I am loved

Even when I was broken You said I am enough

I am chosen I am loved

Even when I was broken You said I am enough

When I wake up in the morning and take a deep breath

I remember that You breathed life in me and You're not finished yet

There′s a song that's deep inside of me and I'm gonna let it out

You′ve given me a voice to sing so I can share what You′re about

I am chosen I am loved

Even when I was broken You said I am enough

I am chosen I am loved

Even when I was broken You said I am enough

No more pain no more shame I am free in Your name

Your name
