Your Calling

Your Future Barometer: Part One

Your Future Barometer: Part Two

Your Future Barometer: Part Three

A Letter from Abba

The Esther Effect

Immanuel Conversation

You are a woman of value.

You have great worth.

Your identity if firmly sealed in who you are

as a Daughter of the King.

Day One

Your God-Ordained Calling

Your calling . . . your purpose . . . His Plan.

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand. -Albert Einstein

It was with brilliant imagination that you were created. Just let that sink in. Your wonderful, creative, brilliant, wise Father, who has limitless imagination, created you in all your uniqueness to have a perfectly designed, skillfully crafted, and strategically orchestrated plan for your life. Only you can do what you have been created to do. Only you! And if you do not do what God has birthed in you, the world will miss something great. The ability to imagine is a God-given gift He gives each one of us. The ability to imagine our future. The ability to grab hold of the dreams He has placed deep within us. His amazing heavenly dreams are not our earthly manufactured dreams. Our imagination helps us to prosper in what God has placed us on earth to do.

Our imaginations give our lives purpose, and we all crave purpose! In order to fulfill our God-given assignments, our callings, our purpose... we must fully embrace the wonderful power of our God-inspired imaginations. God wants to give you a glimpse of your future before it comes to pass. When we look for and find Him, it is in those moments we learn why we were created. Our perfect Abba Father generously gives us our identity, unwavering love, and Spirit-led wisdom to prosper in everything we touch. We are on a win-win journey. He has it all planned out, and it is our job to follow where He leads us. Amazing!

As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives. -Henry David Thoreau

Imagine, dream, believe that the "dream seeds" He placed deep inside you will overwhelm your thought life and dominate your body, soul, and spirit. He is the dream-maker, and He wants nothing more than for you to fulfill His dreams for your life.

Reflection

You are chosen.

You are royal.

You are His masterpiece.

Do you believe you’re chosen and have a specific purpose?

Prayer

Dear Father,

I humbly come before you and ask for your help in my search for lasting hope. Bring a Hopeful glimmer of light in the overwhelming darkness that surrounds me. I feel so hopeless now, as if my burdens are too heavy to bear, and the shadows of doubt and fear are closing in on me. Each day blends into the next, filled with challenges that appear insurmountable and a myriad of unanswered questions. I need a breakthrough, a transformative shift that can lift me from this place of stagnation and despair.

Please grant me the strength to persevere and the clarity to see beyond my struggles. I yearn for a renewed sense of purpose and the courage to face whatever lies ahead. With your help, I can rediscover the hope that once filled my heart and move forward with confidence and faith. I know Jeremiah 29:11 was written for me.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Two

Your Future Barometer: Part One

We all know we have a future filled with wonderful things that God created us to do. Unique plans that are all ours! But sometimes, during the long wait, hope dims. We start to feel like we are in the wilderness in our lives, with nothing but manna on the horizon. The lack of variety, the lack of movement is frustrating.

So what does your future barometer read?

The following are questions to ask yourself (the hard questions) to see if maybe you need to realign something in your life.

Have you lost joy and excitement?

Are you feeling like a gerbil going around and around on the wheel?

Do you wake up feeling bored?

Is "just another manic Monday" playing every day of the week in your head?

This may be a sign you are not doing what God created you uniquely to do.

Do you feel stuck? You know it’s true, but you don’t know how to move forward.

Do you feel like you are in the ditch of life while streams of cars pass you by, not even noticing you need a tow?

Do you know you desperately need a change?

Reflection

Reflect honestly on where you are and where you sense change is needed. Remember, you are meant to thrive in your God-given purpose. Trust that God is prompting and guiding you, wanting you to succeed as much as you do. Ask Him to reveal your next step.

I will reveal the everlasting purposes of God, for the Lord has said to me, ‘You are my {Daughter}. This is your Coronation Day. Today I am giving you your glory.’ Only ask, and I will give you all the nations of the world. Rule them with an iron rod; smash them like clay pots!

Psalm 2: 7-9 (TLB, Emphasized)

Prayer

Dear Father,

If You set something free, it is indeed free, unbound by the constraints that once held it captive. This profound truth is the essence of freedom and its transformative power. I yearn to break free from the limitations imposed upon me, whether by societal expectations, personal fears, or past experiences. I envision a life where I can navigate my vast landscape with an all-access pass to freedom, where every opportunity is within reach, and every challenge is met with resilience and strength.

This journey to freedom means growth and authenticity in a world that confines. I aim for a mindset that welcomes change, celebrates courage, and sees the beauty in choice. I hope to inspire others to seek freedom, too.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Three

Your Future Barometer: Part Two

Our future is filled with hope, and God has unique plans that are exclusively ours! We may feel lost, but God has the plan.

So, what does your future barometer read today?

Are you lacking direction?

Are you aimless?

Are you feeling like the Israelites wandering in the wilderness, clueless of the direction to follow?

re you embracing your lack of direction because you don't want to be burdened with any structure? Perhaps a seed of rebellion is empowering your nomadic experience?

Reflection

You can wander without getting lost! We all experience wandering seasons, and these periods often help us rediscover our purpose. However, you must decide for yourself which path to take. Today, honestly assess your current situation and identify areas that require change. Seek guidance from God, as He will surely speak to you.

Prayer

Dear Father,

I continue forward to glean your wisdom as you point me in the direction of your calling. Help me be set free for everything that holds me back.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Four

Your Future Barometer: Part Three

On our final day of assessment, we evaluate and roots that are detrimental to our future direction.

Are you permitting sin to establish itself in your life?

Our choices invariably have consequences. A state of perpetual indecision is ineffective. This could be a contributing factor to the unfulfillment of your purpose. If any of these points resonate with you, please be assured that there is a path to redemption. Nothing is permanent unless you allow it to be.

Are you spending quality time with God?

The most effective method for discovering your purpose is through prayer. Prayer serves as a guiding compass. You cannot fulfill your calling without prayer. However, time spent with God encompasses more than mere prayer. It involves simply being present in His presence, meditating, and worshiping. It is a sacred connection between you and Him.

Engage in reading the Word and allowing its profound impact to resonate within your soul. It holds the keys that unlock the doors to your future. You will fulfill all the plans and purposes that God has set for you, and you will fulfill your calling.

Are you submitted to a proven, trustworthy community? Are you known.

We were not designed to exist in isolation; we were created to thrive in community. A lifestyle of solitude is not in line with God’s divine plan for any of us. Whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, we all require community. Community provides stability and helps us perceive reality. We benefit from the guidance of wise counselors in our lives.

Reflection

Take a final look at your current position in relation to the divine calling that has been placed upon you.

Prayer

Dear Father,

Show me what to say. Show me where to go. Show me what to do.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Five

Letter from Abba

I know everything about you. I know when you sit down and when you rise up. I am familiar with all your ways. Even the very hairs on your head are numbered. For you are made in My image. In Me you live and move and have your being, or you are My offspring. I knew you even before you were conceived. I chose you when I planned creation.

You were not a mistake, for all your days are written in my book. I determined the exact time of your birth and where you would live. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. I knit you together in your mother’s womb and brought you forth on the day you were born. I have been misrepresented by those who don’t know Me.

I am not distant & angry, but am the complete expression of love and it is My desire to lavish My love on you simply because you are My child and I am your Father.

I offer you more than your earthly father ever could, for I am the Perfect Father. Every good gift that you receive comes from My hand, for I am your provider and I alone meet all your needs. My plan for your future has always been filled with hope because I love you with an everlasting love. My thoughts toward you are countless as the sand on the seashore, and I rejoice over you with singing. I will never stop doing good to you for you are My treasured possession. I desire to establish you with all My heart and all My soul, and I want to show you great and marvelous things.

If you seek Me with all your heart, you will find me. Delight in Me and I will give you the desires of your heart, for it is I who gave you those desires.I am able to do more for you than you could possibly imagine for I am your greatest encourager.

I am also the Father who comforts you in all your troubles. When you are brokenhearted, I am close to you. As a shepherd carries a lamb, I have carried you close to My heart. One day I will wipe away every tear from your eyes, and I’ll take away all the pain you have suffered on this earth. I am your Father, and I love you even as I love My Son, Jesus, for in Jesus, My love for you is revealed. He is the exact representation of My being. He came to demonstrate that I am for you, not against you, and to tell you that I am not counting your sins. Jesus died so that you and I could be reconciled. His death was the ultimate expression of My love for you.

I gave up everything I loved that I might gain your love. If you receive the gift of My Son Jesus, you receive Me and nothing will ever separate you from My love again. Come home and I’ll throw you the biggest party heaven has ever seen! I have always been Father, and will always be Father. My question is: will you be My child? I am waiting for you.

Love,

Your Heavenly Father

Reflection

How does this make you feel?

Day Six

The Esther Effect

You are chosen and powerful.

God calls you His royal daughter—chosen and created for a purpose.

The world demands perfection from women. Many forget their worth as daughters of the King. Remember who God created you to be.

God chooses imperfect women for His kingdom. Like Esther, transformation is a deep spiritual process that reveals your true worth through His presence.

Though our path differs from Esther's, God prepares us. The enemy resists your purpose, but God has instilled gifts within you.

God’s purpose requires preparation, often through adversity. Welcome refinement—He empowers you to embrace your destiny as His royal daughter.

God is calling you to love, heal, and prepare for your purpose. Rise up! You are His royal daughter—called for such a time as this.

Reflection

Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?

Esther 4:14 b (NLT)

Prayer

Dear Father,

I am Your daughter, who has great value, great worth, in Your yes. I know who I am, and I am ready to unearth the soul of my calling in tandem with You.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Seven

Immanuel Conversation

Immanuel Conversation is a practice for deepening your relationship with God by pausing to reflect and listen for His gentle voice. This dialogue with Immanuel (“God with us”) encourages honest self-exploration and spiritual connection.

Follow these steps to open your heart to God’s voice:

Pause and Breathe: Take several deep breaths to create calm and clarity.

Express Gratitude: Share your thanks with God and invite His response.

Dear God, I am thankful for...

My beloved child, {pause and listen for God’s gentle reply}

Create a quiet space to listen to God.

I see you. {Reflect on what God observes in your feelings and sensations.}

I can hear you. {Notice the thoughts and feelings God hears within you.}

You are valued and understood. {Acknowledge God’s care and imagine His comforting words.}

I delight in you. {Consider the kindness and compassion God shares.}

I can help you. {Ponder how God may support you now.}

Review what you wrote. Pause and be still.

Close with a brief prayer of gratitude.

Share your experience with someone you trust.
