Worth

Let Your Heart Take Flight

You Are a Daughter of the King

Who He Says I Am - Valuable

The Power of Self-Worth

Celebrating the Woman You Are

Word Stones

You are a woman of value.

You have great worth.

Your identity if firmly sealed in who you are

as a Daughter of the King.

Day One

Worth

You are deeply loved and valued in the eyes of your Father. Your Father is not a respecter of persons. Enter His presence and receive your love, value, and worth from Him. You cannot be a light if you get your value and worth from an alternative source. Your worth is only valid if it comes from THE Source. Believe you are more loved and valued by God only because of Whose you are and not what you do.

As a daughter of the King it means that you put your faith and trust in Him, not yourself. God redeemed us, not because of what we are or what we are not. See yourself through His eyes. Treat yourself with respect, because that is how your Father treats you. You are so valuable. You were worth the life of Jesus.

Set free the lies that attack your worth. The enemy accuses you through the words of others and your own self-talk. You are responsible for how you process what you hear from others. You have the choice not to allow yourself to feed on your own negative self-talk. You are not bound or chained by a lie. Your worth is sealed firmly in Him. That will never change.

Your mind needs to be transformed to get into alignment with your spirit. With all authority inside you, tell those lies that torment your mind to flee, and then allow yourself the gift of feeling your worth. You are so valuable. Don't ever forget it!

Reflection

Psalm 23 {Personalized and Emphasized }

Lord, You are my closest companion, healing and nourishing me. Why do I always have abundance? Because You are, after all, my Best Friend. You provide me with a place to rest in Your abundant love, where I am learning to remain and dwell. I desire, Lord, to embrace Your invitation to relax and still my soul.

Listening to You and following Your guidance leads me daily to a peaceful oasis and a serene stream of contentment. Here, You renew and revitalize my life. Lord, I ask you, what does my restored and revived life look like?

You guide me as You direct my steps. By matching Your pace, following You each day, and remaining in Your presence, I am learning to ebb and flow with Your every move.

Fear will never conquer or overwhelm me, even when the path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness and wave upon wave of warfare. You always remain close to me, consistently by my side. What does it look like, Lord, to not be full of  fear?

The solace of Your love dispels all fear, ensuring I am never alone. Your power is my source of strength and tranquility. You and Your trusty shepherd's crook stand by me and support me constantly.

You serve a royal dinner, even when the adversary has the audacity to battle. I partake of Your custom feast for two on the battlefield. Why? Because You want my enemies to see what they are missing and rub it in their faces as You show them Whose I am!

My life overflows with blessings from the essence of the Holy Spirit. He fills me with His presence until my heart overflows. His tangible presence alters and transforms the atmosphere around me.

Do I fear the future? No way! Your love and kindness follow me everywhere I go until, at the appointed moment, You take me home to dwell with You for all eternity. Selah! I will never look back because that glorious moment is when I begin a life that exceeds all expectations with the Lover of my soul, my Dearest Shepherd, and my Best Friend.

Prayer

Dear Father,

I often feel invisible, as though I am merely a shadow passing through the lives of those around me—unnoticed and unacknowledged. It's an unsettling feeling that weighs heavily on my heart and mind. My life seems so small in the grand scheme of things, and I grapple with the idea that my contributions may not be significant.

The yearning for appreciation and respect is a constant companion, driving me to seek validation in various aspects of my life. I often question my worth and the significance of my existence, wondering why it feels so challenging to connect with others on a meaningful level.

I try to express my thoughts and feelings, yet I often feel they get brushed aside, leaving me longing to be fully understood.

I reflect on the importance of being recognized for who I am and what I bring to the world. I desperately need You, Father, to fill my life's void of connection and validation.

In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Day Two

Let Your Heart Take Flight

Do you live knowing your true worth? Self-worth is your evaluation of yourself. Not anyone else’s opinion. It is easier to read it than live it! We are bombarded daily from every conceivable avenue with attacks on our self-worth. It is like a mine field! How we feel about ourselves, our worth, affects absolutely every decision in our lives. Everything! It is akin to a little scorecard in our mind. We absorb those things that happen to us but not often enough do we pause, comprehend, and deal with the attacks on our self-worth. Low self-esteem and doubt are a perfect cocktail for doing harm to our emotional health. If these things go unattended for too long they can do serious damage. It takes the daily renewing of your mind and abiding in Jesus to conquer these foes.

What things in your life are affecting your self-worth? Your job? Your social media following? Your appearance? Your age? Your relationship status? Your education level? Your friends (or lack thereof)? Culture? Your past? Your future? I read an article a while ago that talked about Impostor Syndrome. This syndrome was coined by Dr. Pauline R. Clance and Suzanne A. Imes. Impostor Syndrome refers to high-achieving individuals marked by an inability to internalize their accomplishments and a persistent fear of being exposed as a “fraud.” “It can be defined as a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist even in the face of information that indicates that the opposite is true. It is experienced internally as chronic self-doubt, and feelings of intellectual fraudulence.”

In a nutshell, you don’t think you are enough and you don't feel you are enough. This is a battleground for the enemy, ladies! He is working overtime to whisper lies in our ears until we are fully convinced the lies have become our (distorted) reality. But we know the truth.

He is living inside each one of us and fighting on our behalf. He made us in His image, so how could we possibly experience low self-worth? The Creator of all who is worth more than anything sees us as having limitless value. We must see ourselves as He does!

Reflection

Enough

My soul speaks the truth,

I am enough.

Worthy because of

Who I am.

I have the wisdom to let go,

The strength to remember,

The courage to step out

With confidence because

I am enough.

Failure can't shame me,

Fear can't overwhelm me,

Distractions can't preoccupy me.

I am imperfect and

I am enough.

I am His

Mistake-free creation

Here for such a time as this,

The facts don't lie,

I am loved.

Accepted.

Forgiven.

And free.

I am enough

and will always be.

How does this make you feel?

Prayer

Dear Father,

You are fully aware of the depths of my heart even better than I know myself. You understand my struggles, fears, and hopes, holding each in Your compassionate hands. I pray for Your guidance in learning to be still and acknowledge Your sovereignty over everything.

I long for my busy thoughts and restless emotions to be silent before You. In this stillness, help me find peace and rest in Your control. Just as You calmed the seas, speak peace over my heart and grant me Your shalom—a peace that transcends understanding.

“Peace, be still," You proclaimed, and the storms obeyed. Help me quiet my anxious heart and truly experience that You are God. Teach me the beauty of quietness, like an infant resting in its mother's embrace. Release me from entitlement to draw near to You and find genuine happiness in our communion.

You are exalted over all the earth, and in Your majesty, You care for every detail of my day. I find my rest in You.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Three

You Are a Daughter of the King

You are a Daughter of the King! You are Chosen!

You are a Ruby (Precious & Rare)!

You are a Royal Daughter of God!

You are the Head and not the tail!

You are More than a Conqueror!

You are a Strong Woman of God!

You are a Lender and not a borrower.

You walk in complete Health– body, soul, spirit.

You are the Righteousness of God!

You are Unique!

You are Victorious!

You are Bold and you walk in your God-given authority!

You are Set Apart! You have a specific Calling to Fulfill!

You are Protected by the Blood of Jesus Christ!

You are under Jehovah Jireh’s Supernatural Provision!

You live in Peace! You are Beautiful!

You are a Temple of the Holy Spirit!

You know your True Identity and are All that God says you are!

You are so Valuable!

You are loved just because of who you are and Whose you are!

You Are So Loved.

Reflection

When you feel unworthy is it hard to allow God to show you how valuable you are?

So then, my soul, why would you be depressed? Why would you sink into despair? Just keep hoping and waiting on God, your Savior. For no matter what, I will still sing with praise, for You are my saving grace!

Psalm 42:5 (TPT)

Prayer

Dear Father,

I long for a deep koinonia intimacy with You that nourishes my spirit. I seek a closeness filled with Your love and wisdom, allowing me to experience the fullness of Your presence and grace.

Please guide me as I wholeheartedly pursue this connection. Help me to be still, silencing distractions and listening with an open heart. May I find peace in those quiet moments, letting Your spirit fill the voids within me. Teach me to appreciate my value and worth as Your creation and the intricacies of how You formed me.

I trust that each step toward You strengthens our relationship and my spirit. I am grateful for the chance to experience the abundance of  Your love.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Four

Who He Says I Am - Valuable!

You are An Original! God has an assignment for you that nobody else can fulfill. God needs you! He needs your gifts, He needs your talents, He needs your personality, He needs your love, and He needs your passion. You are part of His divine plan in this world. You have something to offer that no one else on this planet can. Think about that for a minute.

Nobody has your exact personality or your exact looks. You are unique. Don’t allow yourself to wear the “average” label. You wear the “extra” ordinary label. The Creator of the universe breathed His life into you. His fingerprints are all over your original design. He crowned you with His favor. You have royal blood running through your veins. You have a destiny to fulfill, something greater than you ever imagined. Embrace His truth, embrace His love, and embrace the blessings He has in store for your future. God made you as you are on purpose. You are not an accident.

As we define who we are in this world and allow it to affect our choices, we become the complete, healthy version of who we were created to be. Someone else’s definition of you does not define who you are.You are not the sum total of what has happened to you. You are the complete package of Who He created you to be! So . . . live in complete freedom to be your true, organic, mask-less, authentic self! You are unique and if your God-given destiny is not fulfilled, then something will be lost.

Reflection

Speak over yourself: God has called me to represent Him in this world. I am His ambassador. The Creator of the universe has handpicked me and I have something amazing to offer this world. I will not be held down or held back, and no one, including those voices in my head, can convince me otherwise. I am fierce. I am fearless. I am uniquely gifted for such a time as this!”

Prayer

Dear Father,

The experiences and lessons You have deemed worthy in my life have become the foundation upon which You build something awe-inspiring. Each encounter under Your guidance has contributed to a strong base from which I can grow and flourish. You, O Lord, are responsible for constructing my spiritual and moral framework, carefully placing each stone with precision and purpose.

You are my cornerstone, the essential element that provides the stability and integrity needed for a strong structure. Just as the cornerstone is the first stone laid in a masonry foundation, determining the position and alignment of the entire building, so too do You guide the direction and purpose of my life. I must never lose sight of Your absolute importance in my daily existence, as You are the source of my strength and the guiding light that illuminates my path.

Please help me keep this truth at the forefront of my mind, reminding me constantly of Your unwavering presence and influence in all I do. May I always honor You in my thoughts, actions, and decisions, ensuring that my life reflects a godly character.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Five

The Power of Self-Worth

The Samaritan woman in the Bible had a literal "come to Jesus meeting." He rocked her world when He displayed unconditional love and immense grace towards her. Jesus spoke into her true identity, her value, her worth: a woman created in the image of God, a royal daughter, who had a unique purpose to fulfill.

God has created each of us to be powerfully feminine, beautiful, amazing, competent, intelligent, and irreplaceable. He has equipped us for our individual, unique, one-of-a kind assignments. The world is constantly trying to redefine, relabel us, and put us in a box.

Your womanhood is a supreme gift and if you don't live up to your full God-given potential, the world will be missing something incredible!

Reflection

Who is speaking into your identity and where are you getting your self-worth?

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, to proclaim the virtues of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)

Prayer

Dear Father,

Speak to me about who You created me to be and show me my worth as Your daughter.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

You know the power of a kiss or a hug can heal the broken spirit.

You are unapologetically yourself, unique and original.

You are original and unapologetically yourself.

You are purely female and not ashamed of who God created you to be.

You have nothing to prove to this world and are not swayed by public opinion.

Your value is not based on what others think; you know who you are.

You deserve respect because you are giving everything you’ve got, and that is more than enough for the only One who matters.

Keep up the fight. You are making a bigger difference than you will ever know.

Reflection

How does this make you feel?

Prayer

Dear Father,

Thank you for creating me with such care, and for treating me with more kindness than I often show myself. Please help me to gently appreciate who I am and see myself through Your compassionate eyes.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Day Seven

Word Stones

The phrase "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me" suggests that only physical things can cause harm. Yet, the most lasting wounds often come from words, not objects.

In prayer, I realized word stones have derailed more identities and dreams than physical pain ever could. I reflected on how often words have shaped or limited my own sense of self and purpose.

Maybe your identity and worth have been wrapped up in trying to have an "Instagram life."

Perhaps the negative words you hear—the word stones—have become more influential in shaping your worth than what God says about you.

Have you faced a word stone that said, "you don't have what it takes"; "you aren't smart enough for college"; "you aren't pretty enough to be a model"; "you aren't popular enough to be her friend"; "you aren't lovable enough to get married"; "you aren't creative enough to be an artist"; "you can't teach well enough"; "you aren't skinny enough to be accepted"; "you aren't successful enough to move up"; "you can't be a great mother?"

These word stones can hit us hard, wounding our sense of self and holding us back.

Reflection

Honestly, ask yourself: How many word stones have you accepted as true and allowed to define you?

How has your identity changed because of word stones that go against God?

And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

John 8:32 (ESV)

Prayer

Dear Father,

Help me find and correct words that shaped my life. Show me what I need to see. Help me throw away every word that has bruised my mind, heart, and emotions.

In Jesus' Name. Amen.
